Registration opens August 7!

How to Secure Your 2027 Spot

• Submit an RSVP with your routine estimation and event choice.

• Beginning August 7, log into your account or create a new one to submit your registration deposit.​

  • Email us if you would like to pay your deposit by cashier's check.

• Register when you're ready! Enter your routine information by 1/3/27.​​

  • If eligible, earned Studio Rebate Rewards are now available in your studio account to apply towards team registrations.

  • If you do not have your finalized routine information, you may enter an estimated routine length, a TBD song title, or other placeholder information.

  • Adjustments may be made to routines up to 30 days prior to the event, and during the preliminary schedule review.

The system will automatically direct you to an online payment option for credit card payments. If you prefer to pay by cashier's check, please email us. We’ll provide you with an adjusted total (excluding credit card processing fees) and the mailing address for payment.

We know studio owners invest significant time in choosing the right competition for their dancers. As a thank you for choosing Artist Awards, we offer our Studio Rebate Program. A loyalty program that rewards returning studios with savings year after year.

• Rebates are automatically applied to your account at the end of the competition season.​

• Use along with promotions, awards, or discounts.​​

• Apply rebates to the following season’s team registrations.

Studio Rebate Rewards​

​

• $500–$1,499 = 3% Rebate

• $1,500–$4,999 = 5% Rebate

• $5,000–$9,999 = 6% Rebate

• $10,000+ = 7% Rebate

*Studio Rebate Rewards must be redeemed toward Team Registrations during the following competition season or the next consecutive season. Rebate amounts are based on your total paid Team Registration fees. Applied rebates, awards, taxes, and other fees are not included in the rebate calculation.

Selected ambassadors will receive:

• A spotlight solo performance before the Friday evening award ceremony

• A $100 scholarship toward a future Artist Award competition
