COMPETITION INFORMATION

Celebrating artistry, excellence, and dancers at every level.
Artist Awards offers four Performance Levels designed to provide dancers with the opportunity to compete alongside others with comparable experience. Levels are balanced based on a dancer's weekly class hours, years of training, technical ability, and competitive experience.
Please use the descriptions below as a guide when selecting the appropriate performance level during registration.
Team spotlight dancers are permitted, as long as they feature only 1–3 dancers (i.e., less than the majority of the team, particularly for small teams).
To create a fair and positive competition experience for all participants, the judging panel will review routines to ensure they are entered in the appropriate performance level. Judges reserve the right to apply a penalty or reclassify any routine to a higher level if, in their discretion, they determine it has been entered below its appropriate level of ability.
If a routine is moved to a different performance level after that level has already competed, it will receive an adjudication and ranking only and will not be eligible for title awards.
